Juices and their Health Benefits

Radish for health

Radish is an important ingredient in salads. They are known for their antioxidant properties. Radish are also known to have cancer protective properties. Radish can protect against kidney ailments, skin disorders and insect bites. They have varied falvours. Usually they taste quiet pungent. White radish variety is commonly consumed.
Crispy in texture they are an excellent snack to be eaten raw. Raw radish with a dash of lime is an excellent starter.
